State Fair 2016 - Blue Moon Dine-In Theater

Dale and I stopped at the Blue Moon Dine-In Theater just before heading to the Midway for Garrison Keillor's The Minnesota Show. Dale needed a bit more dinner so he got a brat. I however was ready for dessert and got the chilled bread pudding which I got last year as well. Very yummy although very rich and I actually couldn't finish the whole thing. That NEVER happens. The movie being shown was The Great Escape which I've never seen. It would've been fun to watch a little more but time was of the essence we were within a half hour of the performance. Thankfully Blue Moon is right next to the Midway.

We've always sat on the main level for the shows we've seen at the Grandstand. It was nice sitting up higher as it offered the ability to see beyond the stage and some of the activity going on at the fair.
